How to apply
To apply for a French government scholarship, you’ll need to start by meeting all of your country’s eligibility requirements. This includes confirming that you meet France’s legal age requirement of 18 years old at application time and that you have completed all your high school education (and any post-secondary study) or received a qualification equivalent to baccalauréat. You must also have obtained sufficient grades in order to qualify for any scholarship. If you’re an English speaker who wants to study abroad in France but you don’t speak French, there are several scholarships that require applicants to be proficient in either English or French, or both languages.
