What are the steps to apply for the Humphrey Fellowship Program?
The International Student Application deadline varies from country to country but falls from May to September each year. U.S. Designated Ambassador or the Fulbright International Commission will guide you through its internal application deadline. Ambassadors and Commissions must submit their nominations to the office of the Institute of International Education in Washington, DC by no later than 19 July.
